Repset Integration API

The Repset Integration API lets third-party systems integrate with Repset. Reading and writing data on behalf of Repset users, and redirecting to the Repset Web App.

Backend-to-backend

The API is designed to be called from your backend, not a browser or mobile app. Every request authenticates as your backend with a client_id and client_secret. Even on endpoints that act on behalf of a Repset user, the user is only referenced by a user_id.

That user_id (and company_id) comes from a one-time OIDC Authorization Code flow where the user consents to link their Repset account. Store both against your own user record, and send them alongside your client credentials on every request after that.
